With our For Rent and Basic Plans, you’ll negotiate directly with Buyer or Tenant Agents, while receiving back-office support from me to assist you throughout the process.
Our Premium Plan includes full virtual support, guiding you every step of the way—and best of all, you won’t need to negotiate directly with the agents.
Before settlement, we’ll receive the ALTA/CD statement, and any remaining fees owed will be deducted from your seller proceeds.
