With our For Rent and Basic Plans, you’ll negotiate directly with the Buyer/Tenant Agents with my back office support helping you along the way.
Premium Plan provides full Virtual Support to guide you every step of the way throughout the process, plus you won't have to negotiate with the Agents directly.
Prior to Settlement, we will receieve an ALTA / CD priort to settlment and my remaining fees will be deducted from your Seller proceeds.
Please keep in mind, I do not attend settlements for MLS Placement Services. But, I'm just phone call away if you need me!
