Rental Application Requirements If You Are Employed (W‑2 / Paystubs) Last 2 recent paystubs showing current income If You Are Self‑Employed Last 2 years of tax returns (Only the first two pages of the 1040 — full returns are NOT required) 3 months of bank statements showing income deposits These documents allow us to verify income efficiently and fairly for all applicants

Application Fee Information
$50 application fee per adult Fees are non‑refundable DO NOT PAY until you receive confirmation to do so Accepted Payment Methods Once approved to submit payment, we accept: Venmo Zelle Cash App Credit Card (via Stripe)

Processing
Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing! If applications are received on a Friday afternoon, chances are the application will not be looked at until Monday morning. I we need any more details, we will ask. Once we ask you for payment for the application fee, we are ready to run the credit. Our last step! If you are approved, we will alert you and we will be preparing the lease for signatures and payment. You will be paying first month's rent AND the deposit, typically the deposit is equal to the first month's rent amount. Make sure you have your funds ready!
